When practice doesn’t go the way we want it to, are default pattern is to think that something has gone wrong. That our outcome won't be good. It can bring a lot of panic.
Any competitive sport is associated with some sort of practice.
Practice is to hone in skills, captivate more confidence, train for competition.
When practice doesn’t go well, we think immediately something has gone wrong, but has it?
Only if you think it has gone wrong -is it wrong.
This is much like training your brain. The sole purpose for training your brain is to see things differently, to get what you want in life, to reach your best self and achieve your goals.
Exercising different thinking isn’t easy. It doesn’t guarantee the perfect result immediately. It takes practice. And some of it doesn't always seem to go well, but has it gone wrong?
When we don't see positive and quick results for an exchange of time and effort our failure of thinking rate escalates. But really what is happening is that you are increasing your awareness. And with that you are able to strengthening your ability for each and every experience of your competition and life.
How do you practice what you are thinking? Confused by how to change your thinking?
