Own Your Thinking

You get to think whatever you want. That is the power of being a human. 

There is power in how you think, how you make decisions and all the whys and reasons? 

Yet in difficult times we can slide back into a way of thinking that doesn't feel so good. We start making poor decisions from this way of thinking. And then it feels like all the work we did and the positive stuff is gone quicker than it was created.

Difficult times can build our strength and your way of thinking. The strength of your thinking will be tested, but that is how you get better. This is the test to owning your thinking. Versus blaming it on some external circumstance, or some other person. It is you who gets to own your thinking. 

We grow when we are struggling. When we are challenged or in competition. There is the opportunity. This is why you do the work on yourself, so you can be strong during difficult times. To show up better. To think better. To be ok  with feeling bad or negative. Knowing you can get out of it. 

You do get to think whatever you want. It is a choice. What are you thinking and how are you owning it? Or is your thinking owning you?
